Supper: RV Park # 2 and RV Park # 1
Arrival Times: Breakfast- 7:30
Lunch -11:30 (A group needs to be there most of the morning)
Supper - 4:30 (Sunday Evening will be earlier)
RV Park # 1 is behind Headquarters Building.
RV Park # 2 is behind Covenant Hall and the Hall Welcome Center.
RV Park # 3 is behind the Tabernacle.
*NOTICE*
Some Churches may not have any people on the grounds, so local Pastors, do the best that you can to get as many of your people as possible there on your assigned day.
** WHEN YOU REPORT TO THE DINING HALL, REPORT TO THE SUPERVISORS LISTED BELOW. PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER THE COOKS. THE SUPERVISORS WILL ASSIGN YOU A JOB. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT CLEARING IT WITH YOUR SUPERVISOR.

Please make sure your congregation is aware of your scheduled times. Please make sure you have sufficient help to handle the meal. If you do not have enough people, please let Sis Wigger or Anna Kobrock know at least a day in advance so other people can be obtained to work. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please clean the RR in the evening before the evening service
The Tabernacle work needs to be done in the evening after the evening service.
Check with the appropriate leader if any questions.

We are looking for key individuals to coordinate and supervise
Kitchen, restrooms, grounds clean up during camp. If you have some that would be willing to take on these responsibilities have them reach out to Bro. Tim Wilford or Bro. Mark Dodrill
